1. Steel pipe fixed length preparation

2. Treatment of welded parts of steel pipes

1. Equipment name: R&D and design of internal rust removal tooling equipment and external rust removal tooling equipment

2. The inner and outer rust removal of each steel pipe end shall be carried out to ensure that the inner wall and outer body of the pipe port have no scratches during the rust removal process.

3. Welding process of pipe joints:

1. Equipment name: automatic welding equipment. Outsourcing or our factory to purchase equipment for processing.

2. One joint is fixed for automatic welding.

3. The other joint is fixed for automatic welding.

Fourth, the painting process outside the pipeline:

1. Equipment name: air compressor, air pipe, large spray gun for spraying.

2. Protect the joint first to prevent paint from being sprayed on it.

3. The color of the liquid inlet pipe is orange-red, and the liquid return pipe is blue.

4. Spray the welded joints of the pipe body and the joint, and the number of spraying is not less than 2 times.

5. After the paint dries, observe the spraying effect and carry out the third spraying to ensure uniform spraying.

6. Spray the liquid inlet pipe, the liquid return pipe logo and the comprehensive factory logo.
